A living room wrapped in glass above Central Park, with shades lowered to an even line across every window.

The problem

In Manhattan’s prestigious Billionaires’ Row, a residence with panoramic views required sun and glare control without compromising its stunning scenery.

What we did

The Autom8 Group delivered with Lutron’s Palladiom Shades, featuring elegant architectural brackets and a slim, minimal design with a 3-inch maximum roll diameter.

The result

These shades blend seamlessly into the luxurious setting, virtually disappearing when opened to preserve the breathtaking views. This project highlights The Autom8 Group’s ability to integrate advanced technology with aesthetic finesse, ensuring a perfect balance of functionality and style for discerning clients.

A corner room in herringbone oak, two walls of window under matching shades, the end of a zebra-print bed in the foreground.
Two shades meeting at a window corner, their architectural brackets fixed neatly to the ceiling.
