Aesthetic Elegance Meets Smart Functionality
Lutron’s exquisite keypads and dimmers seamlessly integrate with your décor, offering sophisticated finishes and minimalist designs. Paired with Control4’s intuitive automation, your lighting becomes a design statement—elevating the beauty and functionality of every space.
Energy Efficiency & Smart Scheduling
Reduce energy consumption effortlessly. Lutron’s smart dimming technology and Control4’s scheduling capabilities optimize energy use, saving you money while enhancing comfort. Automated schedules ensure lights are only on when needed, and motion sensors help eliminate unnecessary energy waste.
One Home. One Seamless Experience
Bring lighting, automated shades, climate, entertainment, and security together into one intuitive experience. With Control4, Lutron, and Josh.ai working in harmony, a single touch or natural voice command can transform your entire home—creating personalized scenes that adapt effortlessly to the way you live.
Wired or wireless
Both are legitimate, and the choice depends on the building, not the brand. Wired keypads are the most robust answer in new construction and gut renovations. Wireless keypads are the right answer when walls cannot be opened: plaster over block, landmarked interiors, or a home you are still living in. Most of our projects use both.
The same system works from the app anywhere, with an astronomical timeclock and geofencing, and integrates with Savant, RTi, Elan and Crestron when a project already has one of them.
Building requirements
Most Manhattan co-op and condo buildings require a fully insured contractor, commonly with a $5 million umbrella policy, before any work can start. We carry the coverage buildings ask for, provide the certificate of insurance naming the building and the managing agent, and write the alteration package so the board approval does not hold up your schedule.
