The problem
A long-time client wanted her new waterfront house to function like the home of the future in the Jetsons. The design elements mattered, and so did preserving the immaculate views.
What we did
A centralized lighting system with Lutron Palladiom keypads in glass finish throughout. Minimal Palladiom shades for sun control that keep the window space and the views. Control4 for all the audio and video: the TVs, the motorized TV brackets and music streaming, with invisible speakers throughout to keep the walls clutter-free. The same Control4 system manages the temperature through miniature sensors. An AI-enabled surveillance system, intercoms and smart door locks, so the owners can watch the house and lock or unlock doors remotely. Josh AI voice control on top.
The result
A house the Jetsons could only dream of: the owners run it from keypads, from their phones, or with their voice alone.

The brief was the Jetsons.
The client asked for a house that works like the home of the future, without giving up the design or the view. So the hardware stays small: glass-finish keypads, shades that leave the windows clear, and speakers you cannot see.
Everything the owners touch, from lights and shades to TVs, temperature and door locks, ends up in one place, and Josh AI lets them skip even that and simply ask.

Artful Illumination and Seamless Control in a Modern Waterfront Home. The Autom8 Group enhanced a waterfront home with Ketra by Lutron lighting, providing superior color rendering and circadian settings to perfectly illuminate an extensive art collection. Automated shades on curved tracks and sleek Lutron Palladiom keypads ensured minimal wall clutter while protecting interiors from sunlight. The media room featured a Control4 system with Stealth invisible speakers, offering high-quality audio without compromising aesthetics. Josh AI voice control provided intuitive, privacy-focused command execution with minimalistic microphones, resulting in a functional and elegantly designed home.
